Food was good. Accommodation was dated but satisfactory. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ubizane Game Reserve limited although Hluhluwe Game Reserve only 5 minute drive away - with a great variety of wildlife to see in their natural habitat and with stunning views. Overall great value for money.

The staff, setting, meals and general service was very good, verging on the excellent, but the accommodation was very disappointing. In general the accommodation was very, very tired /shabby and was in need of a full overall, there were holes/ tears in the bedding, the towels were worn thin and more like dusters, there was mould around the shower and bath, the sink in the bathroom was blocked for the entire stay, although many attempts were made to clear the block. The plumbing was very erratic and the water so dirty it was not possible to wash or shower for 2 days. The curtains, blinds and furnishings were quite old and were dirty /dusty and smelt damp. I could not recommend this accommodation, but I understand that other rooms on the site were of a much higher standard.
