The hotel has a swimming pool for those hot summer days as well as a fitness room and a small meeting room for guest use.

It is across the road from Humewood Beach, within walking distance of many restaurants, 500m from the Oceanarium and Boardwalk casino and entertainment area. The hotel is 8 minutes from Port Elizabeth’s CBD and 10 minutes from the Port Elizabeth Airport.

Due to construction on the existing parking of the City Lodge, kindly note that parking is no longer situated adjacent to the Hotel, it has moved to directly behind the Hotel, kindly follow the directional signage as you enter Lodge Road

Very nice stay and on a very good spot.The only pity is that the rooms are not sea facing.Next time I would rather stay in the Travel Lodge opposite the City Lodge.Otherwise everything was fine.

Once again, our room was spotlessly clean. We had breakfast on both mornings and the staff were exceptionally friendly. This made a enjoyable breakfast even better. The receptionist who helped us when we checked out was absolutely delightful.
