How to get there:
See Map From the Cape Town International Airport take the Somerset West (N2) on ramp. Stay on the N2 until you reach the R310 Baden Powell/Stellenbosch off ramp. Keep left and stay on the R310 to Stellenbosch for aprox. 17 kms.
You will pass landmarks such as Spier Estate and Vlottenburg Winery. When you reach the T-junction turn right and follow the road past DISTELL, keeping the railway line on your left side, go pass the station and enter into Adam Tas Road, still moving left.
At the second set of traffic lights, turn right into Merriman Road noticing the B.P garage on the left and university buildings on the right, continue until you reach the traffic circle, take Martinson Road.
Driving along Martinson Road you will notice a large school on the right hand side, pass the school and take the fourth road to the right, turn left then into the road with a row of tree's.
Health & Climate:
Summer, from November to end April, offers warm, sunny days with an average temperature of 25°C.
Winter, from May to October, with an average temperature of 18° C is known as the green season. However, the average daily hours of sunshine is far higher than in Cape Town and the surrounding coastal areas.
