Fort Amity is a gracious sandstone house situated in the scenic splendour of the Eastern Highlands of the Free State.
The guest suite upstairs is tastefully and artistically decorated and has a Victorian four poster wrought iron double bed and private lounge leading to a lovely private balcony.
It is set in magnificent gardens and guests have the use of an all weather tennis court, swimming pool and under cover parking.
The new wing offers three tastefully decorated en suite bedrooms with TV and M-Net, tea and coffee making facilities.
A full English or Continental breakfast is served in the main house.
Braai facilities and fridge available.
Children welcome.
How to get there
From Bloemfontein on R26, Turn left into Ladybrand, follow Piet Retief Street, Pass Ooster, Loop and Botha Streets, Continue to Erasmus. At four way stop on Erasmus turn left and continue to pass Voortrekker street until you reach Van Riebeeck Street. Fort Amity is set on the corner of Van Riebeeck and Erasmus Streets.
