Nestled amongst the trees in Sea Park, Port Shepstone North, you will find our seven fully equipped self catering, four sleeper, two bedroom en suite chalets.

Each chalet is luxuriously and uniquely decorated with DSTV television and outside verandas.

Our Chalets are all double story, with loft bedrooms and beautiful views of the sloping forest garden.

Relax on the veranda, indulge in a walk in the lush garden or a take a dip in the pool, however you choose to unwind, Honeywood is the place to do so.

Weddings & Events
Our forest Lapa, overlooking the small dam is perfect for your special day. We can accommodate a maximum of 80 guests in the Lapa.

With the help of our onsite catering company as well as our events co-ordinator we can create for you your perfect event, whether it be your dream wedding reception or a birthday celebration.

The ideal venue for events that require accommodation for out of town family, friends or colleagues.

Honeywood is situated close to all amenities such as the CBD, shopping centres, beaches as well as a number of restaurants. We are positioned perfectly for golf tours as there are 9 quality golf courses within 50kms.

How to get there:

See Map
Take the N2 and exit at the Port Shepstone North, Umtentweni toll gate.
Turn East onto Rethman Drive.
At traffic lights turn left onto R102.
Pass Caltex garage on left and cross over small river.
At next set of traffic lights turn left, keep straight and keep to the centre road when road splits(Abelia Crescent).
Approximately 300m up road turn right into Honeywood(opposite church hall).

Modern self catering units, from 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom, lounge, kitchen/dining room unit which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, to a bed sit type unit which sleeps 2 guests. Walking distance to beach.

The Tweni Waterfront Guest Lodge is located on the northern banks of the Umtentweni Lagoon and 80 m from the beach. Facilities include a swimming pool, a restaurant, kiddies minigolf course, paddle boating, fishing in the lagoon and a trampoline.
