Brackenhill Lodge

Brackenhill is a comfortable Bed and Breakfast set on 400 acres in the hills of Mbabane.

It is very quiet at the Lodge and there are superb views over the countryside and mountains surrounding Mbabane. The Lodge has lovely indigenous gardens that guests can enjoy.

Ideal for business people or travellers, we recommend a couple of nights at least so you can relax and take in all that Swaziland has to offer if you are a visitor or for business people to use the Lodge without having to travel too far from where you are doing business.

Swaziland is an ideal stopover point for people travelling from Kruger Park to St. Lucia. The Swaziland highveld is a malaria free area, so no precautions are required here.

We have eight rooms, all en-suite with their own verandahs, and all rooms are equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable (DSTV Decoder, tea trays, fridges, hair dryers, mosquito nets, fans, heaters, complimentary toiletries, etc.).

Guests have use of their own dining room and lounge with a lovely fireplace for cold evenings.

The Lodge has a mini-gym for use by guests only and also swimming pool, tennis court and trampoline.

The area is excellent for birdwatching, and we have marked walking trails in the mountains, and fly-fishing in a dam on the property.

Nearby activities include:
* Wellness Centre
* Bowls, squash, etc. at a club 5 kms away.
* Two 9 hole golf courses and one 18 hole championship golf course

Directions from Ezulwini/Manzini road:
Take Exit 10 off the highway head to City Centre.
At first traffic lights turn left into Gwamile Street.
Go 2.3kms turn right into Fonteyn Road.
Go 1 Km and turn into Mountain Drive and follow signs to Brackenhill.
If worried as anyone for Fonteyn and we are signposted from there.

We have three marked walking trails through glorious vegetation with stunning views. A pair of walking shoes would be useful.
