Situated in historic Dorp Street in the core of the oldest part of Stellenbosch, this village hotel is within walking distance of more than 60 excellent restaurants and coffee shops, all the major museums, more than 6 art museums/galleries, 3 theatres and the soccer, athletic and rugby sports grounds.

Central to the famous Cape Winelands. A mere 25 min easy drive from Cape Town International airport and 45 min from Cape Town Waterfront and the Green Point soccer stadium.

At Eendracht we offer 12 luxurious rooms all en-suite with 100% cotton linen, down or silk-filled duvets, writing bureaus and all the usual luxuries. Some of the unexpected luxuries are surround sound DVD and a spa bath. Also available is Hi speed wireless Internet throughout the property and free low speed internet at reception.

At the Self Catering House we have 3 semi self-catering units. In keeping with the established standards which you would expect from Eendracht, we have added another building 5 minutesÂ’ walk from Eendracht.

Our coffee bar “Koffieklets” offers a sumptuous breakfast and some South African delights like Koesisters, melktert and “Boeretroos” coffee. Light lunches are served. Guests can enjoy sundowners in our lady’s bar or book our meeting room for that inevitable meeting or two.

Eco friendly: Eendracht strives to restrict its – and our guests’ – carbon footprint as far as possible. For example all Eendracht’s lights have aesthetically pleasing energy saver bulbs and solar water geysers. And to top it off, the owner’s company car is a scooter!

Make Eendracht your base from where to explore Cape Town, the Cape Winelands, the Whale Route and the beautiful West Coast with its magnificent displays of wild flowers. All are within easy driving distance.

Accommodation:
Northern Rooms
These rooms are called Northern Rooms because the face our courtyard with our pool and also Historic Dorp Street. These rooms are furnished with two three quarter beds positioned against or apart from each other or with a queen bed, covered in covered 100% cotton percale linen.

An en-suite bathroom offers both a shower and a bath or a bath and shower combination. The rooms have either a big window or doors that open to beautiful views of Historic Dorp Street.

Other luxuries in the room entail a fridge and coffee making facilities, satellite television as well as air-conditioning in some of the Northern Rooms. The room is also furnished with a writing bureau to offer all our corporate clients a working space.

Southern Rooms
Southern Rooms face the mountains behind the Hotel. These rooms are furnished with two three quarter beds positioned against or apart from each other or with a queen bed, covered in covered 100% cotton percale linen. An en-suite bathroom offers both a shower and a bath or a bath and shower combination.

All Southern rooms offer a balcony or access to a balcony, to sit and enjoy the views of the mountains behind the Hotel.

Further luxuries in the room include a bar fridge, coffee making facilities, satellite television as well as air-conditioning in most of the Southern Rooms. All of our corporate clients especially appreciate the writing bureau that offers a fantastic working space.

Luxury Rooms
Our Luxury rooms are furnished with two three quarter beds positioned against or apart from each other or with a queen bed and they are covered 100% cotton percale linen. An en-suite bathroom offers both a shower and a big corner bath.

French doors open up to views of the mountains behind the Hotel.

Further luxuries in the rooms includes sofas with coffee table to entertain guests, surround sound in our suite, a bar fridge and coffee making facilities, satellite television as well as air-conditioning. All of our corporate clients especially appreciate the writing bureau that offers a fantastic working space.

Student Room
Our Teenager room is the tight budget alternative. The room is furnished with two three quarter bunk beds built into the wall, one on top of the other and covered in 100% cotton percale linen. The room is en-suite with a shower only.

The room opens up to our courtyard on the ground level, overlooking our saltwater splash pool and Historic Dorp Street.

Further luxuries in the room entails an Xbox 360 with games, coffee making facilities, satellite television as well as fan and a heater.

From Cape Town International Airport:
Take N2 towards Somerset West
Take Exit 33 (Baden Powell) to get onto R310 to Stellenbosch
Drive approx 15km to T-junction
Turn right to Stellenbosch
At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right into Dorp Street
Drive up Dorp Street until you reach Eendracht Boutique Hotel (no 161) on your right.

Parking is available behind the hotel. The entrance to the parking area is just past the hotel.
