African Footprints is a luxurious and upmarket guesthouse only 7 kilometers from the OR Tambo International Airport with a beautiful and tranquil garden setting.

All rooms are all en-suite. We have a variety of rooms offering private entrances, balconies and a joining rooms with a bar and other public areas.

How to get there:

See Map
Take the R21 in the direction of Pretoria. Take the Kempton Park turn-off and stay in the middle lane. Move with the traffic to the left and immediately turn right (i.e. Benoni/Pomona Road, if by accident you didn't turn right don't worry, carry on straight until you get to Monument Road and turn right. Follow directions from there)

Pass Boundry Silk Basaar and at the robot turn left into Highveld Road. Pass Avion Park (Family Fitness Centre) on right hand side, turn right in Pienaar Street. Continue along Pienaar " The name changes to Concourse cressent over 5 stop streets "intersections", Turn right in Creswood ave. The big house on the corner.

Close to the airport, great staff, cute little bar with fire downstairs to keep warm this winter. If you only have a day or 2 to see Jo'burg, just right to catch a few local museums and even do some shopping.

I was welcomed by a quite friendly lady - who even came to ask what were my plans for the evening; inviting me to test the chef cuisine of the Saturday night... that helped me considering and only start admiring the service that continued through to the next morning for the Breakfast. If you have a choice, book this place. The homely environment is really like home - you find rest.

Our Heritage Guesthouse
