We have self-catering, B&B Style rooms, Budget Chalets, River Chalets, a Caravan Park, as well as the Ibis Restuarant on the premises. We also offer Braai / Barbecue facilities and have a bar on the Premises.

We are Wheelchair Enabled. Smoking in Rooms is not permitted. Languages Spoken are English and Afrikaans.
Rooms
Business Chalets:
Chalets ideally suited for business-persons who wants to stay in peaceful and quiet surroundings. Luxury double-bed rooms with en-suite bathrooms. All have refrigerator, TV , DSTV with 4 channels, Aircon and equipped with WiFi.
Luxury Chalets:
Newly built self-catering chalets with stunning river view. With all mod cons including aircon, TV with DSTV (4 channels), stove and refrigerator.
River Chalets:
Self-catering chalets next to the river with beautiful views. Both units have Aircon, TV, DSTV with 4 channels and refrigerators. One bedroom with double bed and another room with twin beds.
Budget Chalets:
Our budget type chalets house 4 persons in an open-plan self-catering unit. Fully equipped with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, TV, DSTV with 4 channels, Aircon and kitchenette with en-suite bathroom.
Campsite:
As far as camping goes, our campsite is one of the best around. Most of our stands are on grass, under trees and/or next to the river. Taps, electricity and braai places a all close-by.
Ablution Facilities:
Our facilities are brand new. Enclosed cubicles with shower and basin ensure privacy. Seperate washing-up area for crockery. Disabled-person bathroom also available.

1. The Augrabies National Park which is 90km away.
2. The Kgalagadi National Park, 360km away.
3. We're right on the banks of the Orange River.
4. Activities nearby include Bird Watching & freshwater fishing.
How to get there
N14 From Upington or Keimoes:
-Take the Kanoneiland turn-off.
-Drive over both bridges spanning the Orange River.
-Turn left on the R359. 1.8km further you will find us.
Directions from Upington:
-From Upington follow the N14 towards Keimoes.
-Zero your odometer at Skaapland Butchery in Upington on the N14 to Keimoes.
-Follow the N14 for 25.6 kms.
-Turn left at the Fruit du Sud building to Kanoneiland.
-Zero your odometer at the turn.
-At 1.9 kms proceed straight over bridge.
-At 3.7 kms proceed straight over bridge.
-At 4.5 kms T-junction left on the R359 to Louisvale / Upington.
-At 6.3 turn left into Oranjerus Resort.
Directions from Cape Town / Kenhardt Side:
-From Kenhardt proceed towards Keimoes on the R27.
-Zero your odometer at the robot on Keimoes main road.
-Proceed straight on towards Upington on the N14.
-At 14 kms turn right at the Fruit du Sud building to Kanoneiland.
-Zero your odometer at the turn.
-At 1.9 kms proceed straight over bridge.
-At 3.7 kms proceed straight over bridge.
-At 4.5 kms T-junction left on the R359 to Louisvale / Upington.
-At 6.3 turn left into Oranjerus Resort.
N10 Upington - Groblershoop:
-From Upington drive 2km over the bridge and take R359 (Louisvale Road) southbound for 25km. |
