Game Lodges & Reserves in Limpopo
 

Game Reserves in the Limpopo Province are found in 2 different areas:
- Greater Kruger Park in the east           
- Waterberg Area in the north-west

Situated adjacent to Kruger National Park and all the fences have been taken down to create a huge game conservancy (see map).

  The Waterberg in the north-western side of the province falls within a malaria free area and contains the Marakele National Park.

There is a variety of private game reserves and lodges in the Waterberg Area.

Timbavati

Gomo Gomo Game in the Timbavati with a common unfenced border with the Kruger Park offers a great diversity of wildlife, the Big 5, game drives, friendly service and African Cuisine.
  Entabeni - Waterberg

Entabeni is situated on more than 10000 hectares of beautiful scenery with bushveld, unspoilt ravines and wooded hillsides that are haven to the Big Five and a large variety of game.
  Kruger Park

The Kruger Park measuring nearly 2 million hectares in size is unrivalled in the diversity of its life forms and is home to a large number of species offering an incredible wildlife experience.

  Balule Nature Reserve

Balule has grown into a 35000 ha Private Nature Reserve with the perennial Olifants River flowing for approximately 20km through the centre of the reserve.
 
Kapama

Kapama has succeeded in combining the wilderness of the bush with the comforts of five-star hospitality and facilities offering a wide variety of game including elephant, buffalo, rhinoceros, and predators like lion, leopard, cheetah, spotted hyena and many smaller species.
  Thornybush

Adjacent to the Kruger National Park, with an abundance of wildlife and the 'Big Five', as well as several luxury accommodation and conference facilities, this is truly an African experience.
