Cancellation Policy

Refunds: For normal weekends and weekdays, deposits will be refunded when a booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival or when an equivalent replacement booking can be obtained. For long weekends, Easter, Christmas and New Year, 8 weeks notice of cancellation or an equivalent replacement booking is required for the deposit to be refunded. No refund for no-shows or early departure.
