The safari camps provide the atmosphere of Africa, as it was 100 or 200 years ago, but still offer many of the comforts of a hotel room ~ but when in bed at night you'll feel the pulse of wild Africa. When lions roar, you'll hear the roars, but will be safe.

The safari camps range from the luxurious high quality premier wilderness camps to the vintage wilderness camps which usually accommodates fewer people, are more simple in design with accommodation normally in "Meru" tents built on the ground.

Most of the camps are tented or are under thatch with canvas walls. These rooms offer a safe sanctuary, but have atmosphere.

The design of the rooms is such that guests experience every comfort. Each camp's interiors have been tastefully designed providing large deluxe beds, fresh linen, towels, face cloths, good lighting (though this is often 12 volts), soaps and shampoos and always have en suite bathrooms with flush toilets.

Some camps even have an additional and optional outdoor shower or bath "under the stars" to get you even closer to nature if that's what you enjoy.

These camps can only be reached by light aircraft. Safaris including one or more of the camps depart daily from either Maun or Kasane in Botswana.
