From Cape Town International Airport: Proceed along the N2 highway following the signs towards Cape Town for about 10 - 12 minutes As you approach the base of Table Mountain the highway splits in two - keep left, turning onto the Muizenberg M3 highway. Continue on this highway through the suburb of Bishop's Court, passing the turn-offs to Wynberg and Constantia. About 20 - 25 minutes you get to the end of the M3 Muizenberg highway in the form of a T-junction. Turn left here and then right at the next T-junction. Now follow the road passing through Westlake where you will pass through one set of traffic lights. Shortly after these lights, about 2 - 3 kilometres turn left at the next traffic lights in Muizenberg. Go under the railway bridge and then about 200 metres further turn first right into Beach Road. Drive for 100 metres and turn right at the traffic circle. After another 200 metres you will see the main entrance and foyer to the Empire building. This is the main entrance to the Muizenberg Beach complex in which your apartment is located. Ask for the key to your apartment and the parking garage disc at reception. Cancellation Policy:

An administration fee applies to cancellations made 6 weeks (42 days) or more, prior to date of arrival.
After the administration fee is deducted, the balance of the deposit is refunded, less any bank or credit card charges that may have been incurred by us.
A refund of 50% of deposits paid applies to cancellations made 28 - 41 days (4 - 6 weeks) prior to date of arrival.
No refund is given if a cancellation is received less than 27 days prior to date of arrival.
