Kleinmond is a beautiful little village at the foot of the Kogelberg mountains and all the way down to its white, sandy beaches. It lies on a lagoon at the small mouth - hence the name meaning little river mouth - of the Bot River, on a narrow strip of land, hugged on one side by the Kogelberg mountain range and on the other side by the Atlantic Ocean. It is also a very peaceful little village, endowed with some of the coasts most natural beauty. It lies within the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve which supports over 1600 species of fynbos of which numerous are endemic.

The Villa has a mini gym and a treatment room, from where you will leave totally relaxed. Also a crystal clear rock pool, set in the tropical gardens at the foot of the Kogelberg mountains and on tha edge of the pool an outdoor Jacuzzi under the African sky.

In Kleinmond you can enjoy some of the most beautiful land and seascapes. Five minutes away, in Betty’s Bay, you will find the penguin colony, home to one of only 3 land-based breeding colonies of the endangered African penguin. Kogelberg vlei is home to a small herd of wild horses.
