Umoja Bushvilla is a luxurious authentic African style bush villa with a thatched roof offering accommodation to 6 people. It can be rented self catering or as B&B. Hotel amenities, linen, towels, basic condiments included. Check-in/out cleaning and for stays longer than 4 nights an in-between cleaning are included. Extra cleanings possible but may involve additional costs. Laundry service available at additional fee - no washing machine in the house. Estate offers additional pool and simple tennis court.
Surrounded by a large terrace wrap-around stoep with a private splash pool and a spacious garden it secures your privacy and offers a view over the waterhole and dam where the animals that roam freely in the reserve can frequently be spotted.

The modern cosy living room with leather sofa set, LED television with DSTV, and free WiFi are there for your comfort. Large sliding doors offer great views of the bush and give access the terrace which is furnished as an extension of the living room for the ultimate indoor/outdoor living style. Air conditioning in all rooms keeps you cool in the warmest of summers.
Open plan living with a large kitchen that is fully equipped to satisfy even the real cooks amongst you. A large American fridge with filtered water and ice cube dispenser, a 5-burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker,, basic condiments - all for your convenience.
The villa has 3 spacious double bedrooms with all private bathrooms. All beds have mosquito nets over them. Every room has airconditioning and ceiling fans.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom in typical African style with seperate bath, shower, wc and double vanity. Toiletries, hairdryer, linen and towels are provided. Mosquito netting over the bed and mosquito screen in front of the window. French doors lead to the dining terrace, with an outdoor shower with views over the drinking pond.
Bedroom 2
This large shaded bedroom has two single beds, set as a double. French doors lead to the kitchen terrace with a nice sitting area and has view over the garden.
Bedroom 3
A smaller sunny bedroom has two single smaller beds. French doors leading to a semi-private terrace with lounge set that has views over the Kruger park.
The wrap around terrace offers multiple seating areas to enjoy as a group or giving you a bit of privacy when in a mixed company. A large stone braai with view over the waterhole and splash pool is there to enjoy the sunsets. There are 2 pool chairs, and a lounge set as well as seating areas all around the terrace.
The private carport offers parking for 2 cars. The house is secured by an alarm system.
Kruger park - Hoedspruit - Panorama route/Blyde canyon - Tzaneen Magoebaskloof
Umoja Kruger - wildlife without fences - most Kruger animals roam freely in our garden, wharthogs, impala as well as elephant and at night the hyena’s, civets, and occationally even a leopard. We are at 100 meters from the Kruger fence and 20min from the Phalaborwa Kruger gate. Although wildlife is the main attraction located next to Kruger, you can also drive to the Panorama route with the Three rondavels and Bourke’s Luck Potholes (1 1/2hrs from Three Rondavel view), to green lush Tzaneen area with the Debengeni falls, Magoebaskloof and exhilirating ziplining over the Letaba gorge and Hoedspruit with sanctuaries like HESC, Moholoholo or a boattrip on the Blyde River Canyon are all at maximum 1,5hrs drive from Phalaborwa. And of course we can organise Kruger park safaris (morning/afternoon/full day, private/joined), bushbraai, bushwalk or a safari boatcruise on the Olifantsriver (can be with dinner platter).
Safari from your terrace as Umoja Bushvilla is located on a nature reserve where the animals roam freely. An absolute birders paradise with over 90 species in the garden alone.

This is a malaria area so precautions should be taken in malaria season (Sept to May). All the beds have mosquito nets.

Children of all ages are welcome, however be aware of the pool on the terrace and the animals. Children under 16 are not allowed to walk around the are without an accompanying adult.
