Sundown Manor is the perfect location, whether you are in Cape Town visiting or just here for business.

If you like the outdoors -take a stroll down the Sea Point promenade, swim in the Olympic size swimming pools or climb Lion`s Head mountain that towers in the background. If you are the shopping type or like to dine on fine food, the buzz of the V&A Waterfront is close by.

For the sun lovers, the famous Clifton & Camps Bay beaches are only a few minutes drive away. Shops, restaurants, golf courses, the cable car and public transport are nearby and easily accessible. Drive to the city centre with ease - ideal for that business meeting.

A friendly and homely atmosphere awaits you at Sundown Manor where we have 9 large and spacious rooms, all en suite with upmarket finishes. All rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with TV`s (Mnet, SABC and Super Sport), fans, tea and coffee facilities and safes. Both double (king-size) and single beds are available and triple rooms can be arranged upon request.

Relax in the lounge or on the open patio, an ideal spot for breakfasts and evening sundowners alike overlooking the large and inviting swimming pool. The area is well protected and largely wind free, a tranquil and inviting setting for unwinding on those relaxing sunny summer days! Two luxury rooms open out onto the pool area and have their own private access.

Your host, Gary, the owner of Sundown Manor, along with the staff, bring about a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and are on hand to advise and assist in all aspects.

Accommodation Sundown Manor:
Honeymoon Room
This light and airy room is fitted with a King-size double bed and the large en suite bathroom comes with a luxurious double ended bath and a spacious shower.

Luxury Rooms
All rooms are en-suite: 3 bathrooms have luxurious double-ended baths, and all bathrooms are fitted with spacious showers. Rooms are fitted with king-size double beds or twin single beds (upon request) and all rooms contain a TV with selected DStv channels, tea and coffee, a heater, fan and safe.

Standard Rooms
The only thing that separates the Standard and Luxury rooms are the levels at which they are situated. All rooms have the same luxurious finishes and decadent King-size beds as well as access to the same fantastic facilities. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with spacious showers.
