Stellenbosch Cottage is a fully equipped and comfortable self-catering tourist cottage in a quiet residential Stellenbosch suburb, 2.8 km from Stellenbosch Town Hall. The cottage has two bedrooms, air-conditioning, the full bouquet of satellite television channels, DVD player and Wi Fi.
The main bedroom has an extra-length queen size bed, television and small en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the family bathroom has a bath. The open plan living and dining area has a workstation with WiFi and printer for guests who bring a computing device. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and an automatic washing machine is provided.
The private back garden is enclosed and has outdoor braai and dining facilities. A single automated garage leads into the back garden, and there is secure parking for one additional vehicle. Guests who bring a trailer will be able to park it securely. The residential area is safe and free from student noise.
Outside of rush hour, the cottage is a 5 minute drive from central Stellenbosch. It is 900 meters from the Oude Libertas Amphi theater, 2.2 km from Stellenbosch Medi-Clinic, and 3.9 km from Stellenbosch University`s main administration building.
All basic guest amenities are provided, including towels, linen, soaps and braai wood. The cottage is equipped with necessities such as hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying racks, hangers, kettle, coffee perculator, toaster, etc. For longer stays a cleaning and ironing service can be arranged at a nominal charge. Maximum 4 guests. Smoking permitted outdoors only.
A minimum stay of 10 nights usually applies, but depending on existing bookings shorter stays may be possible at times you are welcome to enquire.
