With six luxuriously appointed rooms and exceptional dcor, Sneezewood Farm Bed & Breakfast offers more than just a bed to sleep in with every effort being made to ensure the comfort of our guests.
Sneezewood Farm is also home to a unique Gift & Coffee Shop with a strong focus on locally designed and produced items. Furthermore, Baskets from Africa, operate from these grounds offering guests the opportunity to meet our weavers and see them at work.
There are a number of things to do in and around Dundee from Battlefield sites to Game Viewing and from Museums to Gift & Decor Shops, there is something for everyone ... even the sporty members of the family can enjoy a round of golf, an hour or two fishing or a take a run through the farmlands and enjoy the fresh country air.
Six individually decorated en-suite rooms offer high levels of comfort and superior accommodation. Four rooms are located in the main B&B cottage with two additional rooms and lounge area adjacent to the main house. All our accommodation has separate guest entrances and is secured with an electric gate.

Guests have the exclusive use of the lounge which offers an honesty-bar (light refreshments) and television (DSTV - hotel bouquet). We have made an effort to offer a breakfast that is an experience, instead of "just a meal".
If you require a packed breakfast, this is easily arranged and we are able to cater for dietary requirements so long as these are advised at the time of booking.
From the large traffic circle on the main road through Dundee, take the exit for "Wasbank" over the bridge crossing the railway line. From this point, continue straight for 5km at which point you will see our sign on the right hand side.
