The scenic countryside and central location of Shumba Valley Lodge provides a relaxed and productive alternative for the conference delegate, offering a selection of 4 conference rooms, catering to a maximum of 80 guests in the largest venue.
Outdoor dining opportunities are also available in the Boma, garden surrounds and the Terrace.

Shumba Valley Lodge offers a total of 70 thatched-roofed rondavels and chalets, including 2 luxury suites, all of which are in a peaceful setting within the hotel’s spacious grounds.
Each room has an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning/heating, tea/ coffee making facilities, a remote controlled colour television with selected DSTV channels and a hairdryer.
Each Suite has it's own private swimming pool per suite, as well as a DVD player, bathrobes, slippers, mini bar and outside wooden deck.
Activities:
A gym, trim track, volleyball court and swimming pool are available at the hotel.
A wide variety of teambuilding activities can be arranged on request within the hotel grounds.
How to get there:
See Map From Johannesburg City Centre
N1 (De Villiers Graaf Motorway) towards Pretoria. Bloemfontein Roodepoort sign to the left, just after the Woodmead off ramp. Now on the concrete highway – carry on until you take the Malibongwe Drive/Lanseria/ Kya Sands off ramp. Turn right, over the highway and carry on straight through Kya Sands and over the N14 (Pretoria/Krugersdorp Highway). Shumba Valley Lodge is approximately 3Kms further on, on the right hand side.
From Pretoria
M1 (Ben Schoeman Highway) towards Johannesburg until you reach the Krugersdorp off ramp (N14). Follow the Krugersdorp signs until you get to the Lanseria/Brits off ramp. Turn right over the highway. Shumba Valley Lodge is approximately 3Kms further on, on the right hand side.
From Roodepoort
Take the Hendrik Potgieter road to the fourway stop at N14. Turn right and continue to Lanseria off ramp. Turn left, Shumba Valley Lodge is approximately 3Kms further on, on the right hand side.
