Our self catering units, each individually furnished, are comfortable and offer all one needs for a relaxing stay. Each is equipped with outdoor entertainment area with barbecue, as well as private entrances and secure parking for 1 vehicle. Family friendly, at Rose and Ale communal back garden offers a trampoline, swimming pool, jungle-gym, swings and a sandpit to keep the little ones occupied.
We are also pet friendly with units offering enclosed gardens/yards to keep your pet safe. Gonubie offers lovely grassed walks along the beachfront to keep your pet exercised.
Gonubie Sands apartments are 200 m from the Rose and Ale, just a 1 minute walk from the sea. They offer enclosed yards with barbecues and one has a balcony (first floor flat). These units have no direct access to pool or playground.

50% of payment (ie the full deposit) up to 7 days prior to arrival and thereafter 100% of payment is due. In the event of premature departure guests are liable for full payment of original booking period. No-shows will be charged as originally booked. An administration fee will be charged for cancellations from either party. • Extra guests, more than in the above quote, are NOT allowed and will be evicted • Departure after 10H00, without prior arrangement, will be charged for as an extra day NB: Peak season bookings (Dec-Jan): Full payment is required 1 month prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
