The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, oven and stove, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle. Granite tops are complemented by the rich mahogany cupboards. A full array of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided.
There is wireless internet 24/7 and an alarm system, internet password and alarm code given on arrival.
The building has 24-hr security, access control and CCTV cameras. There 2 undercover parking bays. A small swimming pool and wooden deck is available.

Only 400m walk along the canal system to the beaches, uShaka Marine World and uShaka Mall. No supermarket available at the Mall.

Beautiful stylish apartment with great appliances and good spaces. A user manual/ book with list of facilities/ instructions would be great.
