Pheasant Hill Guest House is fully equipped with the necessary facilities to accomodate guests seeking to use our accomodation, conference rooms or even the garden for small weddings.

Eight of our 17 rooms are newly built and 6 of them are overlooking the pool area. Seven of the rooms were existing stables that were changed to charming modern rooms with the feeling of the stables. These rooms overlook the beautiful gardens with all the birds ever present. The other rooms overlook the garden canopy or the charming koi pond.

Each room is professionally and stylishly decorated for your comfort to make your stay a memorable and relaxing experience.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation made more than 7 days before booking date, an administration fee of 20% of the total amount is payable.
In the event of a cancellation received 24 hours to 7 days before the booking date, an administration fee of 30% is payable.
Should a cancellation be received less than 24 hours of the booking date, a 50% refund will be made.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged, as costs and losses have been incurred.
