Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the amount paid. - Cancellations 29 to 15 days prior to arrival will forfeit 75% of the amount paid. - Cancellations 14 to 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit 90% of the full invoice value. - Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival as well as No Shows will forfeit 100% of the full invoice value. - Cancellations over Peak Periods will forfeit 50% of the amount paid. - All 3rd party costs plus bank fees will be added to the above cancellation amounts. - A R150 admin fee will be charged with a cancellation Payment details: Breakage Deposit: Balance plus refundable breakage deposit of a R1000/R1500 payable a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your arrival in order to confirm your booking. Golf Safari SA reserves the right to cancel your booking without the refund of your deposit should the above payment terms not be strictly adhered to. For bookings less than 2 weeks before your intended arrival date, full payment for accommodation and breakage deposit is required upfront. Confirmation of payments received and bookings will be made via email by Golf Safari SA. Rates: All Public & School Holiday and long weekend periods will be charged at Peak Season Rates. It is at the discretion of the Establishment if they will accept a one night stay especially over peak season, holidays and weekends. If permission is granted it will be charged at Peak Season Rates. A per person rate can be offered for a group of 3 and smaller (T & C's apply) Housekeeping: Your daily rate includes an arrival and departure clean only. On departure our housekeeping team will compile a report indicating any breakages which will then be deducted from your deposit. Our self-catering Lodge offers you 4 spacious and cosy en-suite Bedrooms equipped with every amenity that you would expect an establishment of this class to have. A granite topped kitchen, furnished with quality finishes and an elite selection of appliances including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, Fridge/Freezer/Wine cooler and various others, an open planned living area that is tastefully decorated with a perfectly positioned 7 seater dining room suite, a plush looking couch set that guarantees comfort and a Flat screen TV. The living area opens onto a patio that is boarded by natural beauty and an endless supply of breath taking views. The patio finished with a 6 seater table and chairs set can be enjoyed all year round by way of roller blinds.

Housekeeping:
Your daily rate includes a blitz clean from Monday to Fridays only. Should your booking fall over a weekend regretfully we do not offer daily cleaning. All extra housekeeping requirements by our guests can be discussed directly with our outsourced housekeeping contractor. Due to Pearl Valley Golf Estates restricted access policy regarding outsourced contractors you are asked to please contact housekeeping by Thursday at the latest to discuss your weekend housekeeping requirements. All extra housekeeping costs are to be settled with the contractor directly.
