Oewerzicht Guest Farm

Oewerzicht Guest Farm is situated just outside a little town called Greyton. Surrounded by the Riviersonderend mountains and infront of the Sonderend River.

Perfect getaway if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing weekend, surrounded by nature, and picture perfect views! Oewerzicht is also a venue for conferences, weddings, birthdays and team buildings.

We offer Farm Cottages, luxury tents and a camping site.

The Sonderend river that runs through Oewerzicht farm is the focal point of most leisure activities, i.e. swimming, fishing (blue gill or bass, on a catch release basis), tractor tubing, canoeing, etc. The farm has a couple of hiking trails and is also ideal for bird watching and more. There is a challenging 25km mountain bike trail for those who enjoy physical adventures.

One of the features of the farm is the suspension bridge over the Riviersonderend river this is the only way, other than a boat or float, guests can get from the main farm area to the luxury tents on the banks of the river.

Oewerzicht farm is well-equipped to offer conference facilities and can accommodate 20 30 Delegates.

The stone-clad LAPA only a few meters from the bank of the Riviersonderend River is a very popular venue for the bride who dreams of a wedding in the country. It is perfect for smaller weddings of up to 80 (seated) guests, as well as room for a dance area.
For larger weddings, Oewerzicht has a 25m x 14,5m freeform (stretch) tent which can accommodate up to 150 (seated) guests, as well as room for a larger dance floor.
