Perfect for families, the three thatched twin- or king-size chalets are set within Mziki Safari Lodges beautiful indigenous gardens and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children under the age of 12 years. Individually decorated and incorporating rustic natural elements, the chalets are unique in style and spacious, each incorporating a sleeper couch and large en-suite bathroom including separate shower and bathroom.
Rondavels:
Spacious and quaint, Mziki Safari Lodges two thatched twin- or king-size bed rondavels each with their own veranda overlooking the quiet indigenous gardens and bushveld beyond. Italian linen bedding of the finest quality, spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower and creative natural finishings incorporating the African bushveld within, create a cosy space for couples and individual guests to enjoy.

Our game reserve has recently been extended and is now well over 6000ha, a natural & affordable haven for eco-travelers. Mziki Safari Lodge is situated in its own private reserve and is home to four of the Big 5. The Hex River bisects the reserve with an 8km riverfront and flows into the 2000 ha Vaalkop Dame just north of the property. A spectacular diversity of wildlife, birdlife, and combined with ever changing scenery along the river, awaits the visitor for a unique African safari experience guided by expert rangers.

Directions from JHB Airport:
As you exit the airport turn onto the R21 towards Pretoria. Follow the highway until the N1 turnoff. Turn onto the N1 north, towards Pietersburg, Bela Bela. Follow the N1 to the N4, do not turn towards Witbank, take the second N4 offramp towards Rustenburg.
Go through 2 tollgates, about 10 Rand each. Take the R511, Brits turnoff. Turn right onto the R511 Drive through Brits, do not turn. After the last traffic lights follow the road for approx. 36 Km until you see the Mziki Safari Lodge signs.
At the gate please call the Lodge to open the Gate.
