Maselspoort Resort is an ideally central venue, situated on the shady banks of the Modder River, 23 km outside Bloemfontein and just 13 km from the airport.
A fisherman's paradise, Maselspoort Resort offers a choice of leisure facilities. A range of leisure activities are available with casino, golf course, bowls and squash nearby.

There are 5 different types of Chalets available at the Maselspoort Resort:
Chalet SCD5 (max 5 persons)
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge. Lounge/Dining Room with air-conditioning. TV - SABC, M-Net and selected DSTV channels. Sleeper Couch. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: two single beds. Bedding: 2 blankets per bed. Toilet, shower, bath. Veranda with barbecue. Carport.
Chalet SCS4 (max 4 persons)
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove & fridge. Lounge/Dining Room with air-conditioning. TV - SABC, M-Net and selected DSTV channels. 2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds per room. Bedding: 2 blankets per bed. Towels: one per person. Toilet, shower, bath
Chalet SCD4 (max 4 persons)
Kitchen : Fully equipped, microwave, stove, fridge. Lounge / Dinning Room with air-conditioning: TV with SABC channels, MNET & selected DSTV channels.
Bedroom 1 : Double bed. Bedroom 2 : Two single beds. Bedding : 2 Blankets per bed. Towels : One per person. Toilet, bath, barbeque, carport
Chalet SCS2 (max 3 persons)
Open Plan Bedroom/Living Room/Kitchen, Air-conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen with Stove, Fridge &, Microwave. TV - SABC, M-Net and selected DSTV channels. 3 X Single Beds. Bedding: 2 blankets per bed. Towels: one towel per person. Shower, Toilet. Barbecue. Open Parking
Rondavel SRS2 (thatched roof standard rondavel max 2 persons)
Open plan Bedroom/Kitchen. Fully equipment kitchen with stove and fridge. TV - SABC, M-Net and selected DSTV channels. 2 X Single beds. Oil heater. Bedding: Two blankets per bed. Towels: One towel per person. Shower & Toilet. Barbecue. Open Parking.
Full Payment required 72 Hours after the booking is confirmed
Servicing of Accommodation (Daily)

* Super Tube (closed Mondays) - top of the line super tube for the more adventurous; open from 1 September to 30 April; a coldwater facility.

Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Negative comment - the toilet leaked, the one stove plate did not work and the cupboard (clothes) was broken. Positive comment -we had lunch (fathers day) and were very impressed. Will definitely visit again but in this time in the summer.
