We enjoyed our visit and stayed in a Safari Tent and took all our own camping equipment with us so we could make our own lunches and dinners. The tent was nice and spacious and beds made up every day and tent cleaned. The staff at reception were very pleasant and assisted us with our check-in. The one ablution block had been renovated to a high standard and the were starting the block closest to our tent on the day we left. What a pity that we did not discover the renovated ablution block on the day we arrived. Our Safari Tent fee included breakfast for two. It was a great full English breakfast buffet all day. The chef who cooked the eggs was fantastic but some of the waitressing staff need more training especially when big groups arrive for breakfast. Overall a very nice visit but standards can be raised at Pilansberg to the level of the Kruger Park. Many Thanks MARC AND JOAN DEMMER

If you have a little money left go for the bigger chalets. It`s worth it if you are going to stay there more than one night. We like this place very much. The staff is very friendly, restaurant is good, rooms are clean.
