Kingslyn Boutique Guesthouse, a luxury 4 star bed and breakfast in Cape Town, the Mother City of South Africa. The Guesthouse a gracious manor house from the turn of the 19th century offers you the charm, elegance and glamour of days gone by. combined with the highest standard of modern luxury and hospitality. The house is owned by a South African/ British couple with vast experience in the hospitality industry. They and their friendly staff will go out of their way to ensure that you will enjoy your Cape Town home whatever the duration of your stay.

Accommodation at Kingslyn Boutique Guesthouse:
Our rooms are complete with all the modern conveniences, including television, tea-making facilities and internet access. Our guests can also relax in the homely comfort of our spacious living area or light and airy conservatory whilst deciding which Cape Town attractions to enjoy.

Our Double rooms all have King-size beds and en-suites with showers, air conditioners, flat screen TVs and a selection of DSTV channels. Our beds are made up with luxury linen and all rooms have tea and coffee making facilities.

Our two Suites have an additional lounge area with a sleeper couch.

The Four Poster room has a custom made extra length and extra width King-size bed and an ensuite with a large shower and a bath.

Kingslyn Guesthouse offers many guided tour and transfer options. Rachel one of the owners is a qualified South African Tour Guide and has a wealth of knowledge about Cape Town and the surrounding area.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of this reservation being cancelled within 1 month of my arrival date, I understand that the 50 % deposit will be retained by Kingslyn Guesthouse, and that a further 50 % will be debited against my credit card account should I cancel within 5 days of my arrival date, No show or early departure.

No 8, Hill road, Green Point, Cape Town
Directions
Follow the N2 direction Cape Town/Waterfront.
Turn right at the 3 traffic light (not! at the first direction Waterfront) into Somerset Road. Somerset Road becomes Main Road.
Pass the Green Point Stadium on your right hand side. On your left hand side you will see a big liquor shop named ULTRA.
After that shop turn left at the next traffic light (only for pedestrians) into Hill Road.
We can arrange an airport shuttle for you.
