Ingudlane Lodge is situated on a 1650ha private game reserve just 2 km outside Dundee, on the Battle fields route. Ingudlane is the Zulu name for small Talana hill situated on the reserve, which also played a significant role in the Anglo-Boer war.
We have modern secluded self catering chalets. Spend the day with us at the Lodge, enjoy fabulous game viewing opportunities, or just relax in comfort at the lodge alongside a warm fire.
About Ingundlane Lodge:
Sit around our crackling boma fires on winter evenings, or just snuggling under a rug in one of the cosy lounge areas. Kids can play on the jungle gym outside, while parents catch up at the pub with friends or watching sport on the numerous big screen televisions.
Our restaurant is open daily. Choose from a number of hearty meals on our al a cart menu.
Ingudlane Lodge offers a stunning wedding venue, for that ultimate bush wedding. Weddings are a once in a life time occurrence and the venue along with the stunning surroundings are sure to make the most beautiful memories.
Ingudlane Lodge, with it’s relaxed atmosphere, panoramic views, and tranquil setting offers the modern conference facilities for up to 80 people. Company functions, team-building events and year end functions are a real hit at Ingudlane.

Ingudlane Lodge Activities:
The reserve is on a hilly terrain, with many watering holes. We have a wide scope of wild life and birds namely:
Giraffe, Water buck, Zebra, Nyala, Kudu, Rooi hartebeest, Duiker, Impala, Bles buck and Mountain & Common Reedbuck and hippo's.
Book an early morning Game drive/ breakfast or an afternoon sunset cruise.
The reserve is a haven to a number of bird species, making it a bird lover’s paradise.
Delight yourself with a relaxing nature walk in the reserve, enjoy a romantic candle-lit dinner in our restaurant, or have a sundowner on the main veranda with sweeping views overlooking the reserve.
Day trips to the many closely situated battlefield sites or to the Talana museum can be arranged.

We are a well established Guest House, providing excellent home cooked meals. Our aim is to provide you with a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Parking is secure and under cover. The lounge has a wood fired fire place for those cold winter evenings.
