The National park Pilanesberg can be reached in only one hour drive.
At Ilanga Private Game and Nature Reserve we relish the opportunity to pamper our guests – making every individual feel special and totally at home. Guest numbers are strictly regulated – up to a maximum of 24 – to ensure that you enjoy the highest level of personalised, friendly service. We are proud to say that our visitors arrive as guests and leave as friends.
Offset against the natural beauty and abundant wildlife, Ilanga offers warm home comforts in tastefully understated African-styled twin lodge and thatched bungalow suites with full en-suite bathrooms. In the tranquil settings of the Main Lodge and Camp Grounds, guests can feel the stress of city life slipping away.
Escape the blazing African summer sun by plunging into the ice-blue Central Court pool or, in winter, snuggle up to the roaring fire in the beautifully appointed Lounge.
A favourite spot for guests to meet and mingle is the Weaver’s Bar, where tales of the day’s adventures are swapped and new friendships are forged, relaxing around the central boma fire until the next gastronomic feast is served.
Accommodation at Ilanga Private Game and Nature Reserve:
