Accommodation is in self catering bush lodges on Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, each set on a 5000sqm stand.

The smallest lodges (a 4 sleeper lodge) can accommodate up to 4 people, and consist of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge, a bathroom with corner bath, wash basin and outside shower, and a patio with braai.

The largest lodge (a 8 sleeper lodge) consists of 3 separate buildings, one is the central lodge area with open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge, and a guest toilet, the other 2 wings consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each, as well as a fire pit in the garden and a large patio.

Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate Activities:

There are several game drive routes on the estate, as well as 2 large dams, each with an elevated bird hide. The estate is a great base for day trips into Kruger Park, or game drives into neighbouring big 5 reserves. Attractions in the area include the Moholoholo rehabilitation centre, the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre, Khamai Reptile Park, the Blyde Canyon and Blyde Dam, and even the Panorama Route (Pilgrim's Rest, Graskop, Sabie) etc is nearby enough for day trips. Activities range from hiking and cycling to micro lighting, hot air ballooning, quad biking, 4x4, white water rafting and horse riding.
