Fernandos Guest House is a Victorian styled Guest House with an elegant and homely atmosphere. The house itself dates back to the year 1902. All the en suite guest rooms are individually furnished with beautiful Victorian style furniture. Each of the guest rooms have a 36 inch flat plasma screen TV, a hot and cold beverages station, double beds dressed in 100% percale linen, heaters and fans.

Our Property was the first Guest House in Port Elizabeth. We started our family business in 1983 and have been collecting beautiful pieces of furniture and art. We have recently upgraded our self catering apartments and they have fully equipped kitchens lounges and patios.

We are environment friendly and have installed Solar Geysers and Photo Volteic Panels to harness the power of the sun. We collect rainwater and manage our waste with composting and worm farms and ensure that most of our herbs, vegetables and chicken etc are organic. We ensure that our rubbish is disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner.

The City of Port Elizabeth:
Port Elizabeth is a city on Algoa Bay in South Africa`s Eastern Cape Province. A major port, it`s also known for its numerous beaches. The Donkin Heritage Trail takes in the Old Hill neighborhood`s Victorian landmarks. Coastal boat tours spot whales and rare seabirds, while wildlife reserves outside the metropolitan area are home to elephants, rhinos and other big game.

This family Suite is furnished with Stinkwood furniture, very spacious with two double beds with bathroom en suite. Included in the lovely family room is a large plasma screen TV with MNet and DSTV and a original Victorian fire place.

Fern Suite:
This family Suite is furnished with Stinkwood furniture, very spacious with two double beds and two single beds with bathroom en suite. Included in the lovely family room is a large plasma screen TV with MNet and DSTV and a original Victorian fire place.

Rose Villa:
This couple`s suite is very spacious with a king size bed and 1 single bed with bathroom en suite. Included in the lovely room is a large plasma screen TV with MNet and DSTV and a original Victorian fire place.
