Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a Cancellation, you are required to notify us in writing as soon as possible.

The following charges will be applicable to your reservation:

1. Should we receive a Cancellation for any reason more than 60 days prior to arrival, then 25% of the Total Accommodation Charges payable will be forfeited and will constitute our Cancellation Charge.

2. Should we receive a Cancellation for any reason whatsoever 46 to 60 days prior to arrival, then 40% of the Total Accommodation Charges payable will be forfeited and will constitute our Cancellation Charge.

3. Should we receive a Cancellation for any reason whatsoever 31 to 45 days prior to arrival, then 65% of the Total Accommodation Charges payable will be forfeited and will constitute our Cancellation Charge.

4. Should we receive a Cancellation for any reason whatsoever less than 31 days prior to arrival, then 100% of the Total Accommodation Charges payable will be forfeited and will constitute our Cancellation Charge.

5. Should the guest fail to arrive for any reason whatsoever (No-Show), a Cancellation Fee of 100% of the Total Accommodation Charges for the guest's stay will be deducted from the total prepayment paid and hence there will be no refund.

6. Payment of the required prepayment as per The Chapman's Payment Policy means acceptance by the Client of The Chapman's Cancellation Policy.

The Chapman is located on Brookes Hill on Port Elizabeth's main beachfront between King's Beach and the world-renowned waterspouts mecca of Hobie Beach.

DIRECTIONS COMING FROM CAPE TOWN:
Follow the N2 National Road to the last Turn-off into the M4 Settlers Way (Setlaarsweg). Drive the M4 Settlers Way into direction Summerstrand for 7 km to the first traffic lights. From these traffic lights follow the road for 1 km in the middle lane over the next traffic lights into the M13 to Summerstrand. Follow Beach Road until you reach the robots opposite the Holiday Inn. Proceed to the next set of robots, at which you turn right into Brookes Hill Drive. Follow the road to The Kelway entrance. Turn in at The Kelway and immediately turn left. We are straight ahead.

DIRECTIONS COMING FROM GRAHAMSTOWN:
Follow the N2 National Road to the first Turn-off into the M4 Settlers Way (Setlaarsweg). Drive the M4 Settlers Way into direction Summerstrand for 7 km to the first traffic lights. From these traffic lights follow the road for 1 km in the middle lane over the next traffic lights into the M13 to Summerstrand. Follow Beach Road until you reach the robots opposite the Holiday Inn. Proceed to the next set of robots, at which you turn right into Brookes Hill Drive. Follow the road to The Kelway entrance. Turn in at The Kelway and immediately turn left. We are straight ahead.

DIRECTIONS COMING FROM THE AIRPORT:
Turn right from the Airport Exit into Allister Miller Road and follow it for 1,7 km to the traffic lights. From these traffic lights turn right into La Roche Drive and follow the road to Beach Road. At Beach Road, turn right at the robots alongside the Holiday Inn. Proceed to the next set of robots, at which you turn right into Brookes Hill Drive. Follow the road to The Kelway entrance. Turn in at The Kelway and immediately turn left. We are straight ahead.
