- 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit is due
- 14 to 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit is due
- 21 to 28 day's prior to arrival, 25% of deposit is due
There will be NO REFUNDS for early check outs and NO ARRIVALS will be responsible for the full amount of the booking
