Should you need to cancel your reservation, deposits will be refunded only if cancellation is made 7 days or more before date of arrival.

Cancellation made less than 7 days before date of arrival, but not less than 48 hours before, will be refundable by 50 % .

From OR Tambo International Airport:
- Take the R21, towards Pretoria. Keep going straight until you reach the Fountains Circle. Follow the BROOKLYN signs into GEORGE STORRAR Street.

- Cross Queen Wilhelmina until you reach the Brooklyn Circle. Turn left, at the second exit, into DUNCAN Street. Cross Charles Street and turn left into Mackenzie Street. Brooklyn Place Guesthouse is situated on the corner of Mackenzie & Hay Streets.
