Built in 1830 for the Port Captain, Brenwin Guest House has combined the character of its history with all the modern comforts, creating a warm ambience to make your stay memorable.
Situated on the slopes of Signal Hill in cosmopolitan Green Point, it is close to the city centre and the new International Convention Centre, and only a ten minute walk to the V & A Waterfront.
Brenwin has just been completely renovated, but it has kept its olde worlde charm. It has a wonderful tropical garden with banana and palm trees and we have added a thatch gazebo to relax in, have tea, read a book or have an afternoon nap.
A wooden deck now adjoins the breakfast room, so you can enjoy your breakfast alfresco surrounded by trees and singing birds.
We welcome children - provided that they can swim, remain under parental supervision at all times, and are not a disturbance to the other guests.

Good location outside city centre and still close to several restaurants. Very close to Green Point Stadium. Had the poolside apartment which was spacious and very nice. Large bedroom with king size bed, one of the best I ever slept in. Actually never made breakfast! Very nice atmosphere, very nice people working there as well, very helpful with information and booking tours and so on. I was there during World Cup 2010 and prices were considerably increased, but normal rates should be quite good value for money.
