Bordeaux 45 presents a delightful holiday retreat nestled within the secure Zewenwacht Village in Kuils River, offering a serene haven for solo travellers or couples seeking relaxation and comfort.  Accommodation is offered in a clean and neat guest room and a one-bedroom loft apartment.

The guest room inside the house contains a double bed, a seating area and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.  Guests will have access to the main house lounge, dining room and kitchen, as well as a separate bathroom with a bath and shower combo.  The fully furnished loft apartment is air-conditioned and has an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Downstairs, there is a neat dining area, an air-conditioned lounge area with a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, an induction plate, a microwave, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.  The loft apartment also has a patio with outdoor furniture overlooking the garden.
