Antlers Lodge is your perfect getaway situated in the world renowned Garden Route, just 14 km outside of Plettenberg Bay. Take in the splendour of the Outeniqua Mountains whilst sitting on your verandah and enjoy the beauty of our lush gardens, private dam, abundant birdlife and our own fallow dear.
Plettenberg Bays beautiful beaches are just 12 minutes away and a variety of attractions lie within easy reach. Golf courses, wine farms, river excursions, adventure activities and hiking are all a short drive away. Antlers Lodge offers a variety of accommodation, ranging from luxury log cabins to family cottages, an idyllic honeymoon suite and self-catering or B&B options.
The Lodge boasts a small Canadian styled log chapel which is ideal for weddings, and facilities for small corporate conferencing. Our swimming pool sparkles next to an outside hand carved wooden bar, perfect for sundowners. The Lodge is safe for children of all ages and at the same time a private getaway for honeymooners or those wanting an escape from city life. Accommodation at Antlers Lodge:
The lodge offers both self-catering log cabins, and cottages. Each unit has limited self-catering facilities including braais. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the calm surroundings and enjoy the splendid views. The property has a sparkling swimming pool next to the hand-carved wooden bar.
Our log cabins are set away from the rest of the lodge, with private luxury size rooms, tastefully decorated in an African style. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower. The cabins are locally made with indigenous logs and thatch roofs. There are queen-sized beds or twin options. Complete with a wooden balcony overlooking the dam and tea and coffee making facilities.
We also have self-catering log cabins in an Alpine style which comprises a large bedroom en suite with shower, a small equipped kitchen and sitting area. All our units have magnificent views of the mountains and forests.
Our family cottages have three bedrooms, with two bathrooms (main en suite). The cottages are very quaint with thatch roofs and look out onto a beautiful indigenous forest. There is a balcony to relax on and a private braai area. These units are ideal for a family of six, or small enough for a couple to enjoy. There is a small kitchen well equipped for self-catering.
