Surrounded by the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, St Lucia is a haven for nature lovers. Birding is a definite highlight. Or an epic walk up the Maphelane dune, the 2nd highest forested dune in the world. The main street has a vibrant atmosphere with surf, beach and outdoor shops, restaurants, cafes and tour shops. St Lucia town is small with quick access to everything. Two to five minutes by car or 5-20mins on foot to anywhere you need to be. It is an easy walk to the main street in town where you will find all the shops and restaurants you need.
