Whilst one of the original beach homes, the house is looked after and kept in good condition. There is a slight view from the top flat and is 1 lock up garage with under cover parking for 2 more and additional open parking. The gardener looks after the pool (not netted) and garden, but the house is not serviced. Rent a maid from the local cleaning agencies. The house has an alarm for when you leave linked to armed response. Rooms have ceiling fans, Braai facilities is a charcoal braai, no Webber. A DSTV connection and dish is provided, but you need to bring your own card and decoder. The house is well equipped and inside you will find the following: Veranda`s with furniture at the front of the house and flat, with a separate braai area shielded at the back near the kitchen and dining room. A washing machine and tumble dryer is provided. There is an open plan lounge, dining room and lovely kitchen in the house and the flat has a lounge, kitchenette and equipped pool table.
