The 3 Palms B&B welcomes you to two beautifully decorated 4 star luxury apartments, both with en-suite bedrooms, their own patio area as well as a spacious and homely entertainment area comprising kitchen, lounge and dining room.

It`s contemporary design is perfectly supplemented by interior African style art as well as a tastefully landscaped, tree-lined, indigenous African garden, making this luxurious apartment accommodation truly one-of-a-kind.

The 3 Palms B&B furthermore offers secure off-road parking (a garage can be provided on special request) with a separate, private site entrance to the apartments.

During your stay we strive to ensure that you have the most memorable time and we would like to invite you to utilise any of our outdoor facilities. That is: the swimming pool, the private back garden, the garden lounges, the reading bench, the outside braii/barbecue and the outside fireplace.

Feel at home within a bright informal lounge. Relax on the sofas, read a book or watch the satellite TV and help yourself to the well stocked courtesy bar.

In the evenings you might also enjoy the warmth of an open indoor fire, as well as enjoying the view of the magnificently illuminated garden.

Depending on personal preferences a healthy continental breakfast can be served in the dining area, although we generally recommend enjoying your morning meal protected from the sun under the 25-year-old vines, which will make every breakfast a memorable experience.

3 Palms B&B accommodation:
Apartment 1:
Apartment 1 has a bright informal lounge, kitchen and dining area, a beautiful en-suite bedroom (Queen-size double bed, shower, bath, 24 hour internet access, telephone, satellite TV, safe) own private garden and patio area with access to garden and pool.

Apartment 2:
Apartment 2 shares with apartment 1 the bright informal lounge, kitchen and dining area and has an en-suite bedroom (Queen-size double bed, shower, 24 hour internet access, telephone, satellite TV, safe) and a patio area overlooking garden and pool.

Apartment 1 and 2:
Book both en-suite bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area and secure total privacy and the exclusive use of all the guests facilities. This option also allows you to use the apartments as self-catering units.

Activities:

The 3 Palms B&B is located in Bloubergrant which is a very private, well established and sought after suburb of Cape Town. Only a few minutes walk away there are stunning views of the picture postcard beaches of Bloubergstrand with their backdrop of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the 12 Apostles.

Furthermore, you find great shopping opportunities within the Bayside centre (5 minutes walk), with the vibrant Table View restaurants, bars and nightclubs also being easily accessible. Additionally, all personal service facilities be it: banks, medical practitioners, beauty salons etc. are within close proximity.

The 3 Palms B&B is near to a wide variety of attractions and leisure activities as well as the City, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront (20 minutes drive) and the Winelands (Stellenbosch, Franschhoek), with the Durbanville Hills Winelands being straight at your doorsteps (15 minutes drive). Its location is also ideal for excursions to the West Coast, the Cederberg mountains and the Flower route.

Directions:

From Cape Town International Airport:
(also from Port Elizabeth/Garden Route (N2)

Take the N2 motorway towards Cape Town.
Approximately 12 kms after the airport take the exit 9 "M5 - North - direction: MILNERTON" (on left). Remain in the left lane and continue to join the "N1 - direction: CAPE TOWN" (+/- 3 kms).
After +/- 2 kms take exit 4 "Paarden Island" towards "MILNERTON - TABLE VIEW - WEST COAST" (on left).
You are now on the coastal road (Marine Drive - R27): follow it for approximately 12 kms.
Turn left at the 'Bayside Shopping Centre' traffic light (the centre is on your right hand side) into "Bloubergroad"
Take the first road right into "Popham Road"
Take the 4th road right into Disa Road
No. 25 is approximately after 100 metres on the left hand side with parking under the 3 Palms
